Paul B. Skousen served in the CIA for six years (1982-1988) as an analyst, covert operations trainer, and intelligence officer in the Operations Center. This included a two-year rotation to the Reagan White House as an intelligence officer in the Situation Room. He wrote twice-daily 5-liners for President Reagan on late-breaking events around the world, briefed senior administration members as needed, and helped edit the President’s Daily Brief (PDB) and the National Intelligence Daily (NID).

As a professional communicator he has more than 25 years experience managing newspaper and magazine productions, corporate communications, and currently he teaches journalism and communications at Utah Valley University.

Skousen has published seven books on political science, history, humor and fiction.  Included among his several writing projects are his father’s books that he is updating, including The Naked Communist and The Naked Capitalist.
